Maintenance
Andersen offers an annual Maintenance Agreement to keep your system running properly and efficiently. This Maintenance Agreement includes two visits, typically once in the spring and once in the fall. Each visit will consist of an inspection and cleaning of your indoor and outdoor units. Specifically:
- Clean outdoor coil
- Clean indoor coil
- Test operating pressures
- Test compressor
- Check and test motors
- Test safety controls
- Check thermostat(s)
- Check filters
- Clean condensate drain
- Check gas pressure
- Inspect flue
- Clean burners as needed
- Inspect heat exchanger
- Test defrost cycle
- Test auxiliary heat
Having your system inspected and checked by Andersen twice yearly has additional benefits, including:

In addition, for each consecutive year you are enrolled in our Maintenance Agreement program, Andersen will credit $100 towards a replacement system, up to $1000. Specific rules do apply and will be noted on your Agreement.
