Andersen Services has been providing quality residential new construction installation to local and national builders for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on the level of customer service we offer builders, from the quoting process through the homeowner move-in and beyond.
Andersen Services offers free quotes. We run specific load calculations on your house plans and make recommendations for design and equipment based on years of design expertise. One field supervisor is assigned to your project, who will work with you throughout the building process. Andersen requires our field supervisors to perform their own quality inspection prior to having a municipal inspection performed.
At the start of construction, you will also be assigned a New Construction Coordinator to help you through the construction process. Our Coordinators are experienced in scheduling new construction roughs and trims, as well as working with the various municipalities in the permitting and inspection processes. This Coordinator will remain with you through the entire construction process. Coordinators and field supervisors are available by phone and email.
